Virtual Employer Partner Showcase, Hired

As a participant of Hired, you are invited to a virtual Employer Partner Showcase!
Seven Hired Employer Partners will introduce their company and share open positions. You will be able to meet three different employers in their breakout rooms to connect with them further, ask questions, and share contact information if you choose.

Connect and Engage With Your Staff Virtual Training, Chicago Jobs Council
As a leader, you are responsible for your team’s productivity, troubleshooting when things go awry, and managing the interpersonal dynamics of the team. Through this training, learn how to use coaching skills, counseling, progressive discipline, and influence to connect and engage with staff and ultimately boost your team’s productivity.
After attending this training, you will be able to:
Employ strategies to lead through influence
Assess staff performance, then prepare and facilitate performance reviews
Communicate expectations and offer feedback to your staff in order to enhance performance and outcomes
