New Staff Leadership to move the xChange forward!

Your xChange staff team welcomes a new Collaborative Director starting June 16th. We are excited to have Deb join our work. She brings great energy, new thinking, and a solid understanding of the workforce development arena to the xChange! Over the last decade, Deb has led workforce services with Twin Cities Rise!, WomenVenture, and the YWCA. She has strong entreprenurial skills and experience and is a small business owner at Next Level Pro Solutions where she provides consulting services to wide array of businesses, nonprofits, and partnerships.

Deb is deeply committed to advancing Emotional Intelligence training in our space, and brings many certifications and experiences related to workforce development, adult education, and entrepreneurship. She is a graduate of the Public Administration program at Hamline University; and, perhaps even more important: she's an East Sider. Deb is a long-time East Metro resident and has a strong connection and commitment to the East Side.

Deb will be serving as Collaborative Director and, for now, Employer Liaison with the continued support of Collectivity, Sonni DuMarce, and the backup/guidance of our Leadership Team.

We are especially grateful for the continued partnership and support of Greater Twin Cities United Way, the Saint Paul Port Authority and the East Side Funders Group in helping to facilitate this transition.
