The xChange Partner Portal is the one-stop-shop for folks working to increase employment in the east side of Saint Paul.

Partners of the xChange can access resources for job counselors, supporting job seekers, and engaging with the xChange. 

How can my organization gain access to the Partner Portal?

  2. Receive your organization’s username and password

  3. Share Credentials with your team and Log into the Partner Portal at www.xchange.mn
